You can decrease libido and with help of medicine; antipsychotic, antidepressants, tranquilizers, beta blockers, diuretics, hormonal materials.

But remember, it’s necessary to consult a doctor first.

Method 4 Take mind off things

You could take mind off things in help of work. Also it can be books, crosswords and computer games. A computer game is a good instrument for kill time.
